Confirming Dates
All dates are booked on a first come, first served basis, and are considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and 50% deposit. We encourage you to contact us well in advance of your event so that we can ensure availability.
Books and Materials
If you wish to distribute our books or other products to your attendees, please ask us about our quantity pricing and we'll be happy to arrange for delivery to you prior to the date of the engagement. Upon request, books can also be autographed before shipping.

All speaking fees quoted are for the presentation only, and do not include travel expenses. Travel expenses include airfare, ground transportation, lodging, tips and food. Airfare, lodging and ground transportation are pre-paid by the client once a date has been confirmed. The final 50% of the speaking fee is due and payable 10 days prior to the date of the presentation. Remaining travel expenses are itemized and submitted immediately following the event, and are due at that time.

Room Setup
Those of you who are experienced in setting up meetings and events are familiar with how to optimize
your room setup for speakers. If you have some flexibility in your setup, it's useful to know that Christopher
moves around quite a bit and consequently prefers a wireless lavaliere ("tie clip") microphone and no podium.
For Power Point presentations, he brings a wireless remote for his laptop with a range of 50 feet.
If you don't manage events on a regular basis and have questions regarding the setup of your room, we've listed some of the most common observations and suggestions below. No matter the needs of your particular venue, please feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
No matter what your logistical situation, Christopher is a consummate professional and will make it work.
Room Setup Suggestions
- If this is a meeting room rather than a theater or auditorium, and you're using a stage or other elevated platform, try to position the first row of seats close enough to the stage for eye contact (six feet is a good rule of thumb).
- Christopher's preference is to work without a podium so that he can better engage the audience. However, if a podium is required for your situation, try to set it back a few feet from the front of the stage so that he can walk in front of it.
- People remember more, respond more and laugh more in brighter conditions. If a projector is used, dim the screen area (you can always unscrew a few ceiling bulbs), but leave full room lights on during the program.
- Christopher moves around quite a bit during his speech. If the room has any spotlights, aim them for a general wash of the front and center stage. Of course, if you have follow spot operators, they'll naturally track Christopher as he moves.
- A dark backdrop covering the wall behind the stage is often useful to eliminate clutter or distractions.
- For Power Point presentations, Christopher brings his own laptop and wireless remote control. You'll need a draped table within 50 feet for him to place the laptop. If you prefer for the computer to be off stage, then you'll need to make sure that he can either see the main projection screen or provide an additional monitor somewhere off stage (sometimes known as a "repeat monitor") so that he can verify the progression of the slide show.
- Wherever the laptop is located, it will need to have access to a power outlet. Although laptops can run on batteries, it's never wise to tempt the fates in a live presentation.

Audio Visual Details
Following are the technical and equipment requirements for the audio and visual portion of the presentation.
If you have specific needs, just contact us and we'll work with you to make sure that Christopher's presentation fits seamlessly into your event.
Microphone
Christopher's microphone preference is a lavaliere, or "tie clip" style. If at all
possible, the mic should be wireless to allow for a more dynamic presentation. It's also an
excellent idea to have a backup microphone, since technology often has a mind of its own.
Power Point
To include the music and sounds incorporated into his Power Point presentations,
you'll need to connect the audio output from the sound card of the computer running
Power Point (your computer or his laptop, as the case may be) into your
sound system.
Power Point
We have Power Point presentations for every speaking topic. Our presentations will
display properly on resolutions as low as 800x600.
Our Laptop
Christopher brings his own laptop
with the presentation already loaded. You'll need to provide a standard interface cable
to connect from the laptop monitor output to your projection system. Either the position of
the laptop or the projection screen needs to be visible from the speaker's position.
Your Computer
If you would prefer for us to use your own computer system,
we'll bring a CD with a Power Point 2000 version presentation
(which will work on Power Point 2000 or any newer versions).
You'll need to provide a wireless remote control that will manage the
page navigation in the Power Point presentation. If you don't have one,
make sure your computer has an open USB port and Christopher will bring
his own.
Remote Control
The range of Christopher's remote control is 50 feet from the computer.

Although his schedule and business responsibilities obviously place limits on his availability, Christopher has a deep sense of gratitude to all who have helped him in life, and consequently welcomes the opportunity to return the favor to others whenever possible.
